End User License Agreement

General Provisions

  • This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Fenyue Society (hereinafter referred to as "we"), including the game rules and regulations as well as the virtual intellectual property license agreement. By accepting this agreement, you indicate that you agree to all parts of the terms below. Please read carefully.
  • If you are underage and unable to fully understand these terms, please read with the help of your parents or guardians.
  • Each of our products and assets has its own terms and conditions. You need to view and comply with the terms and conditions of each product when using them.

Application and Account Registration

  • You may need to register through a third-party platform to access our services. You are responsible for the username and password you create for your account and for any activities that occur within your account. Please keep them secure.
  • If you discover unauthorized access, please change your password immediately. We recommend that you regularly check the security of your account.

Right of Use and Intellectual Property

  • As long as you comply with this agreement, you may play and use all games and services under Fenyue Society. Your right of use is limited to personal purposes and cannot be transferred or shared.
  • We retain the full intellectual property rights to the games and reserve the right to revoke your access to the services at any time, especially in cases of violation of the agreement.
  • If you believe that someone has infringed upon your intellectual property rights in the game, please file a complaint through official channels and retain relevant evidence. We have the right to handle infringement behaviors according to our own judgment.

Restrictions and Obligations

Prohibited Actions:

  1. No intrusion, reverse compilation, or modification of game code or data.
  2. No creation of any content that imitates our assets or brands.
  3. No use of the game for commercial purposes or profit without our explicit authorization.

Code of Conduct:

  • Do not play the game in a manner that may be considered offensive, immoral, or illegal.
  • Do not publish or disseminate any content that may harm the interests of other players.

Communication and Interaction

  • You may create organizations within the game or share ideas on external websites, but please note that we are not responsible for user-generated content.
  • If you communicate with others in the game, please be cautious about disclosing personal information to protect your privacy.
  • We have the right to handle any content that violates the agreement according to our own judgment.

Liability and Governing Law

  • This agreement does not affect any statutory rights you enjoy under local law. If the terms of the agreement conflict with your statutory rights, the statutory rights shall prevail.
  • You use our games or services on an "as-is" basis, and we are not responsible for any interruptions or errors in the game.
  • The interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement are subject to the laws of the region of the game agent and the laws of the game owner, without affecting your consumer protection rights under local law.

Virtual Currency and Purchases

  • Virtual currency provided in the game is for entertainment purposes only and cannot be exchanged with real currency.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • If you are unable to use the game or service properly, please inform us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Purchased game services cannot be canceled after use unless the law requires a cooling-off period. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the service will be provided directly to you and that you are not entitled to a cooling-off period.

Errors

  • We will strive to ensure the accuracy of game information, but errors may occur. If a transaction error occurs, we have the right to cancel or suspend the transaction.

General Terms

  • This agreement may be updated according to legal requirements or business needs. We will notify you in a reasonable manner before the update takes effect, such as by posting an announcement in the group chat.
  • If you continue to use the service after the update, it indicates that you agree to the updated terms. If you disagree, you may choose to stop using the service.
  • We welcome your suggestions and opinions, but we are not obligated to compensate for them unless otherwise agreed.

Brand and Server Asset Usage Guidelines

Please adhere to the following basic requirements:

  1. Do not create the impression that your actions represent the official stance or have received our approval.
  2. Do not use our assets in an illegal, deceptive, obscene, harmful, or defamatory manner.
  3. Do not damage or undermine the reputation of our team or games.

What you are allowed to do:

  • You are free to create and share non-commercial content related to the game, such as videos, screenshots, and independently created structures.
  • If you wish to use our content in products or services you distribute, you must:
    1. Comply with the basic requirements;
    2. Provide a fair and accurate description of the product or service;
    3. Clearly state that the service is not an official product.
